I have been staying at this hotel now a little over a week. I am forever grateful because not only do I work front desk as well for a hotel here in San Antonio, but I also receive the quality of customer service that I put out is exceptional and remarkable for me. and this location and the staff have distributed some of the top of the line customer service I have ever seen in my entire life.
