I am forever grateful because not only do I work front desk as well for a hotel here in San Antonio, but I also receive the quality of customer service that I put out is exceptional and remarkable for me. and this location and the staff have distributed some of the top of the line customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. As a parent, I'm always looking for safe, comfortable places to stay when I'm away with my family. This hotel gave us the peace of mind and reassurance we needed. Our room was clean and contained all the features necessary to ensure a smooth and stress-free trip - key card access and daily housekeeping in particular. But most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They played a vital role in making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

We loved everything and everyone, we will miss the entire staff. The hospitality is great it felt like home. We stayed for about 2 weeks while we found our new home. If I am ever asked if it is a good place to stay I will definitely recommend it with ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

THE BREAKFAST WAS DISAPOINTING. IT WAS MORE LIKE A GRAB AND GO. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE A HOT BREAKFAST OFFERED AT THIS LOCATION. ALSO, BREAKFAST WAS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL 9AM. THAT WOULD MAKE YOU GET UP EARLY TO GET IT.

I can't recommend this hotel enough! From the 24-hour front desk service to the well-equipped fitness center, they truly prioritize guest satisfaction. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the free high-speed internet was a lifesaver for my work.
